Professor Charles Barber, in art and archaeology, will join the faculty on July 1, 2013, from the University of Notre Dame, where he has been a faculty member since 1996. He previously taught at the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Warburg Institute in London.
